its such a tormenting, disturbing, wadever u call it- experience when something u don't want to remember, shows up, and it all starts... u get engulfed like phagocytosis..
overwhelming u as though u hav no complete control of urself
and thats when u know its wrong to dwell on something that has already happened, something that u know u wont forget, n theres no point if u fret
but sometimes u just wish u could hav done something.
